U.S.A. Learns is a free English course developed by the U.S. Department of Education and by the California Department of Education. The project was designed for adults (immigants) who want to learn or improve their skills. There are three levels available: beginning, low-intermediate and intermediate. You can see videos, listen to the records and do online activities. Learners can register to have their scores and progress saved. Teachers can also register to create a class and follow their students work. But if you prefer you can use the site without registering.
